Meet Tammy Bo Xavier
Aloha, I’m Tammy Bo Xavier, founder of Dream Land Property Solution, LLC and a real estate investor serving the Hawaiian Islands.
Before entering real estate, I built a long career with UPS as a Teamster, where I developed a strong foundation in hard work, consistency, and accountability. In 2017, I began my real estate investing education through FortuneBuilders and later continued my training with the HUI Mastermind Team here in Hawaiʻi.
Over the years, I have continued to learn from experienced real estate professionals and mentors, including Kolaiah “Fuzzy” Jardine and Zasha Smith. I am also connected with WNN Properties alongside Danielle Butler and CJ Calio.
Through Dream Land Property Solution, my focus is on identifying opportunities to restore and improve Hawaiʻi properties while creating meaningful investment partnerships built on communication, due diligence, and integrity.
